Nice shot from the show, the vehicle is armed with a Soviet machine gun DT cal. 7,62 mm with fitted flame arrestor, the front reflectors have wire covers, the two-piece turret hatch door is also clearly visible. The wipers on the driver's window are an interesting detail.

Diskuse

The Sonder-Kraftfahrzeug-1 is a vehicle from the former East Germany, despite its similarity to the Russian BA-64, it is a custom German design on the Robur Garant 30K chassis from the mid-1950s. The Sonder Kfz-1 was not primarily used by the military, but was introduced as a police patrol vehicle. The turret houses a MG 34 machine gun and the vehicle carries 900 rounds for it. Access to the vehicle is either through doors on the rear and sides of the vehicle or through a hatch on the roof of the turret. This is probably the only armoured vehicle produced in series on GDR territory. After German reunification, most of the cars were scrapped, with a few reportedly in private hands. The car pictured is from the museum in Dresden.
