Design of a Berliet reconnaissance vehicle from 1930. An armoured body very similar to that of the VUDB was mounted on the 6x4 platform. The vehicle was intended for reconnaissance activities. It had no armament, it was only counted on to use the personal weapons of the crew, which consisted of the driver, the commander and two soldier-scouts. Only two prototypes were built. One prototype (matriculation "51") took part in testing in southern Algeria (Ouargla). One of the prototypes was converted into an anti-aircraft vehicle and participated in the defence of Toulon.
