Dnes začíná vojenské cvičení Sea Breeze v Černém moři. Potrvá do 23. července. Pozemní část proběhne ve vojenském výcvikovém prostoru v Nikolajevské oblasti, námořní část v severozápadní oblasti Černého moře. Za Ukrajinu se zúčastní jeden prapor námořní pěchoty a 5 lodí Pobřežní stráže. Tato cvičení se konají od roku 1997. Letos se zúčastní cca 3 000 osob z 15 zemí.
