The 5Ju41 (тележка 5Ю41) technology cart is used to assemble, laboratory, and transport 5V27 (S-125) missiles in the technical section and depots.


The Trolley allows :


- External inspection of the second stage of the missile,
- laboratory and deburring of the rocket's flight engine, igniter and powder charge,
- inspection of the on-board apparatus,
- filling the rocket with compressed air,
- descent and removal of the launching powder motor with the second stage of the rocket,
- fitting of stabilisers to the starting powder motor,
- laboratoryisation and delaboration of rockets by combat charge,
- transfer of missiles on the technological procedure:
--a) Completed and fully laborated missiles,
--b) missiles with unarmed first and second stages,
- moving the first stage of the missile,
- descent and unstacking of individual sections of the rocket,
- negotiated storage of fully labored missiles.


A cart with a stowed rocket is transported with a force of 6 persons, it is allowed to transport the cart in a hitch behind a car (GAZ-69).



Construction of the cart:


- Front and rear axle,
- front and rear drawbars,
- front bed,
- transport bed,
- technology bed,
- tubular support frame,
- deck coupling mechanism,
- supports with pulleys,
- spare parts, tools and accessories.

Each trolley is equipped with a tarpaulin.

PS: could you put somewhere in the text a link, what rocket it is? I think it's not only me who will see it. To me it looks like a NEVA kit, but a similar carriage may be found on the KUB.
