SOV - UKS-400V-157 (kompresor)

The UKS-400V-157 mobile compressor station is designed for filling cylinders and systems with compressed air at a pressure of 39.2 MPa ( 400 kp/m²) or less.


The station consists of a compressor with accessories, mounted on the chassis of a ZIL-157K car.


The VS-2,3/400 compressor is equipped with :


- is a five-stage,
- reciprocating with interstage coolers and an end cooler,
- water and oil separator,
- starting and control gear,
- air cleaning and drying equipment,
- control and measuring instruments with electrical equipment.



Main parts of the station :


- Car chassis ZIL-157K,
- superstructure with special equipment,
- compressor drive - JaMZ-236 engine,
- compressor VS-2,3/400,
- control console,
- drying block,
- interconnection system,
- auxiliary equipment,
- electrical equipment.

- without regeneration 140 ± 5% m³/hr.


- with regeneration 115 ± 5% m³/hr.



TTD of the vehicle are identical to the car ZIL-157
