USAFE oznámilo, že se jeho síly účastní společného cvičení s maďarskou armádou Load Diffuser 2010, které probíhá od 26. dubna do 7. května 2010 v Maďarsku. Mimo USAFE se za americkou stranu účastní cvičení i 178th Fighter Wing z Ohio Air National Guard. Cvičení se účastní stroje F-16 (USA) a za maďarskou stranu JAS-39 Gripen, MiG-29 a Mi-24.
