Při společné operaci sil UNIFIL a libanonské armády byly nalezeny asi jeden kilometr od hranic s Izraelem skryté jámy z výbušnými zařízeními. Celkově bylo nalezeno přibližně 300 kg výbušnin. Podle veškerých indícií patřily skryté výbušniny Hizballáhu.
Jedná se o porušování rezoluce Rady bezpečnosti OSN číslo 1701.
