During konferencie u Adolf Hitler in the period 30.9. - 10.10.1943 vzišla požiadavka on the development of pancierových towers to 12.8 and 15 cm kanónmi that mali, albeit assembled on the coast of the Atlantic in the framework of the defense line known under názvom Atlantic wall. Vzhľadom that in začínajúcej kríze of the German industry wasn't showing on the development of another špecializovaných weapons systémov, vznikol idea must use tower planned superťažkých machines "Maus". Vo firme Krupp bola to 2.11.1943 by drawing dokumentácia (drawing značenie Bz 3186). Vzhľadom on other priorities and with the gradual vývojom situácie at the front zostal this koncepčný proposal len vo forme paper proposal.
