V pátek 27. listopadu 2009 v odpoledních hodinách byl z Kosova do České republiky přepraven leteckým speciálem voják, který 20. listopadu utrpěl na základně 15. kontingentu AČR střelné poranění. Převoz se uskutečnil za doprovodu lékařů a potřebného zdravotnického personálu.
Po příletu do ČR byl voják hospitalizován v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici v Praze-Střešovicích, kde se podrobí další léčbě.
