Dnes(26.10.) začalo spoločné voj. cvičenie "Immediate Response" (okamžitá reakcia) vyčlenených peších gruzínskych útvarov pod velením amerických námorných inštruktorov(US Marines).
Cieľom vzdelávacieho cvičenia je pripraviť gruzínske útvary pre aktívnu účasť v Afganistane, v operácii ISAF pod záštitou NATO. Pre účasť sú vyčlenené 2 jednotky - pešia rota - má byť pod francúzskym velením a 31. peší prápor, ktorý bude nasadený v Afganistane pod americkým velením.
