V rámci návštěvy představitelů států Organizace pro bezpečnost a spolupráci v Evropě (OBSE) ve smyslu závazků vyplývajících pro ČR z Vídeňského dokumentu 1999 se uskutečnila dne 8. října 2009 návštěva u 21. základny taktického letectva Čáslav.
