K nehodě kolumbijského IAI Kfir TC2 (s/n B-04, reg. FAC3004) došlo na letišti v Kartageně. Došlo k nehodě při přistání, kdy stroj přistál mimo dráhu. Při nehodě naštěstí nedošlo k obětem na životech.
