At the beginning of the WWI developed a grenade using the body similar to the older models 1847 and 1882, the body was fitted with a new lighter. Compared to older models, the body was modified because the new cigarette lighter into him tightened and the diameter of the shell was somewhat smaller. The lighter was friction and initiated was the rapture of wire mesh that is stored in a wooden tube, the time between the rapture and the explosion of the grenade was very short so it's usually a grenade plunged so that the eye was caught either on the finger or a special hook and torn up in the litter.

Diameter : 75 mm
Explosive : 110 grams of black gunpowder
