Kapitán Jindřich Hašlar byl v roce 1985 předváděcím pilotem akrobatické skupiny "Box" u 9.slp. Dne 1.4.1985 při nácviku ukázky skupiny prováděl na konci formace na letounu MiG-21F-13 0303 výkruty.Díky chybě pilotáže přitom jeho letoun přešel do pádu a zřítil se.Kpt.Jindřich Hašlar ve vraku zahynul aniž se pokusil o katapultáž.
