Nákladná loď s medzinárodnou posádkou pod Cyperskou vlajkou sa potopila asi 35 míľ(65 km)od egyptského pobrežia. Na palube bolo 26 členov posádky, 9 sa podarilo zachrániť, 15 je nezvestných a 2 boli vylovení mŕtvi.
