CZK - Roznecovač Ro-9

Ro-9 igniter

- Metal mechanical impact igniter with instant action. It is used exclusively to adjust the PT Mi-P anti-tank anti-personnel mine.

The design of the Ro-9 ensures high resistance of the PT Mi-P anti-tank mine to the effects of the shock wave, because when the shock wave hits, the body of the detonator flexes elastically, without activating the detonator, and returns to its original position.

Adjustment "Žk".

TTU:
- diameter of the igniter ..............20mm
- spreader height ................518 mm
- activation force / impact force on the antenna from the side/ greater than ......................30 N
- Resistance to the effects of a shock wave .............................1,5 MPa

The Ro-9 igniter consists of two body parts which are connected to each other by a spring. A rubber tube is inserted between the two parts of the igniter. At the bottom of the body there is a firing pin and a compressed firing pin spring. The firing pin is held in the striking position by a connecting bow which is held at the top by a breakaway part. A tentacle is screwed onto the quarry portion. A rubber sealing ring is threaded onto the M 16x1,5 thread which is screwed into the mine during adjustment. The Ro-9 fuzes are packed in two pieces, together with the PT Mi-P anti-tank anti-personnel mines, so that the fuzes without screwed-on antennae are placed on the inside of the packaging lid and the antennae are inserted from the clips next to the fuzes.
