Project from autumn 1939. Probably a machine with a similar purpose as a competitive ARL and FCM F1 - a heavy breakthrough tank. Again multi-tower design. In front was the main tower (105 mm), in the rear of the machine was an auxiliary tower (75 mm). It was not possible to shoot from this tower through the first tower (as in the case of similar tower structures such as the FCM F1, or the Soviet T-28 or T-35). However, this had a positive effect on the height of the machine and it was about 35 cm lower than the ARL and more than 80 cm against the FCM F1. The machine should have had a gasoline-electric drive - similar to the design of prof. Porsche. The machine never "left" the drawing boards.
