BGR - T-34/T-62 - hybridná poľná prestavba

Another field modification of the Bulgarian Army using the T-34/85 hull and T-62 turret. The original turret and probably the overhead armour were removed from the T-34/85. In its place, a steel plate was welded on, the width of which exceeded the plan of the hull platform. It was probably a cut-out ceiling armour plate from the T-62, including the bearing track. The interior of the machine was suitably modified to accommodate 115 mm calibre ammunition. If I understand correctly, according to the information from the source below, this is a rebuild from 1989 (!). I should point out that this is a non-movable fortress object, not a modification of a real tank.

Dear Sirs,
I returned to the above pages and found a few more photos that documented what was hidden under the surface of the Bulgarian hybrid.
