The photo is from Bulgaria, where these days (2/2008) they are trying to "save" World War II technology.
It is known that in the locality around the Bulgarian city of Yambol (?) There are (were) many T-34/85 (war and post-war) and Pz IV machines in the tower position.

The chassis group is together with the turret from the machine Pz IV, on this chassis is in the original cut tower placed a shield and mounting 76.2 mm cannon from the machine SU76

According to the information of my colleagues from Bulgaria is of course, about the post-war přestavu of the Bulgarian army from the years 1957 - 1959. In that time they built a defensive line "from sin. MARKO" to Bulgaria the Turkish border and was on it used all available funds. Outside of those two (??) Pz IV/Su76 is it napříkald the tower of the T-34/76 coming originally from the river armored boat - "broněkatru" serving on the Danube.

Even a small note to the machine. Stationary tanks and self-propelled guns not even after the placement of the defensive line "from sin. MARKO" permanently installed, the conclusions to kanonům. These were placed in the municipal offices of the relevant to the fact that the land, where the machine was located. follows the line of the work allegedly to the year 1990..
