BMP-1K ("Object 773") ( & # 1041; & # 1052; & # 1055; -1 & # 1050 ;, "& # 1054; & # 1073; & # 1098; & # 1077; & # 1082; & # 1090; 773 ") - command-based combat vehicle BMP-1. Manufactured since 1972. Compared to BMP-1 is equipped with advanced radio equipment, navigation equipment and improved internal voice equipment. The barrel and missile armament has been preserved and is the same as in BMP-1. Certain changes occurred in the landing area, where workplaces were created for three officers and some shooting ranges were destroyed.
Not to be confused with the Czechoslovak BVP-1K, even if they are vehicles with the same purpose and construction, there are some differences between them - [ quote = "stick"] BMP-1K has antenna joints located elsewhere (on the side armor at the back and I would not be surprised if it was in the place of the last loophole) and I would venture to say that it has a different internal configuration
