Admiral Teodors SPĀDE (6 Mar 1891 - 25 Jun 1970)
Served in the Russian and White Russian Fleets, then engaged in private enterprise, before joining the Latvian Army as 1st Lieutenant on May 20, 1926. In 1941 he as arrested and deported to Siberia where he remained in prison camps until 1953. After being released, remained in Kazakhstan until his death in 1970. In 1990, his remains were re-interred in Rīga.
