General Kārlis PRAULS (2 May 1895 - 30 Jan 1941)
Served in the Russian forces and joined the Latvian Army on December 8, 1918 as 1st Lieutenant. After retirement he remained in Latvia and was arrested by the Russians, tried and executed in Rīga in 1941.
