General Jānis EZERIŅŠ (L.k.o.k.) (5 Nov 1894 - 16 Mar 1944)
After service in the Russian Army and escape from Soviet capture, joined the Latvian Army as a 1st Lieutenant on November 20, 1918. Arrested and deported by the Russians in 1941, he died three years later in a prison camp.
