Georg Attenberger served in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia as an inspector of the uniformed Protectorate police in Moravia from 18 July 1942 to 15 February 1945 and then again from 30 March 1945 until the end of the occupation. At the same time, he was the commander of Police Regiment 21, from 1942 to 15 February 1945 and then again from 30 March 1945 until the end of the occupation.
