Junkers F.13

Brief history:
The Junkers F.13 was the first post-war transport aircraft with a modern design, the surface of the aircraft was made of corrugated light metal alloy sheet. A new feature was the use of seat belts on all passenger seats. It was also very often used as a mail plane.
It was produced in Germany from 1919 to 1922, when its production had to be moved abroad. Junkers contributed financially to the construction of a factory in the USSR, which was located near Moscow, and part of the production continued in this factory. The F.13 was used by the RA and the Civil Aviation Company, and several aircraft were reportedly still flying in the USSR in 1940, designated here as PS-3.
Other users included the USA, UK, Italy, Japan (Army Air Force), Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Bulgaria, China, Estonia, Finland, Austria, Sweden, Belgium and others, with a total of 29-30 countries using the aircraft. Several aircraft flew with floats.
Later versions received a wing with a larger span (17,750 m) and thus a larger carrying area (45 m2), and many different engines were used for propulsion.
