Good day,

I would like to respond to Your published photo "Berounské children", which you inherited from your great-grandfather mr Bohumil Řabkovi of Mořiny.
I'd like to relate one of the privates in this photo. In the second row from top and fourth from the left is my grandfather mr. John Schýbal, who was born 18. June 1897 in Oh and died on 24. September 1964 in Beroun on pneumonia.

My grandfather was 27. June 1919, on the occasion of the parade of the regiment in the Spiš Vlachách, degree Čs.war cross for bravery (he was top scorer 3 hundredths of 88.infantry regiment), who took over from commander 6. infantry division, the French general Chaborda. In this parade at the same time surrendered to the general Chabord Also.the field battalion of the so-called "flag of bravery", medal of the entire unit for valor in the fighting in the days of the 3.-6.June in Rešty and Cana.
(information is from the book "Memoirs of remember when and Berounska, part IV.).

Diskuse

Hello, here is a photo of "Beroun children" in the 88th Infantry, which I inherited from my great-grandfather Bohumil Řabek, born in Mořina, Beroun district, but parents originally from Radnice u Rokycan.

On the back is written Bohouš at the 88th Infantry. pl. in Prague 1914.
Grandpa is the first at the top left. I don't know anyone else.

I also have a book listing the Siberian amads, where a sheet with the names of the "legionnaires from the Town Halls" written by my great-grandfather is inserted.

Good day
I would like to ask if you do not know or do not know about the legionary Václav Štýbr or Štíbr. He was at 88.p.pl near Beroun and fought at Zborov.
born on October 23, 1883 in Olešná u Rakovníka
I don't have photos or I don't know about any of them, I'm starting to draw from a preserved diary. Thanks for the answer.
