Service history The 7.5-cm self-propelled gun was designed in 1941 by the Protectorate company Skoda-Werke Pilsen. The gun was designed to be mounted on a modified tracked chassis of a Skoda T-21 or T-23M tank. The development was prematurely terminated, and drawings and a scaled-down wooden mock-up were produced. We assume that Skoda started development at the direct challenge of the Wehrmacht, but with the ulterior motive of using this incentive to expand its export range outside Germany. The further history of this project is unknown.
