The machine designed for Yugoslavia as a replacement for the light tank project Š-II-j, which was ordered in 1937. Project Š-II-j failed due to the unreliability of the diesel power unit.
The project was created at the end of 1938 and structurally and in shape was based on LT vz. 35 (Š-IIa). The tower and its cannon armament were new. The armament consisted of a 47 mm cannon Skoda A9 and the tower was extended in the rear. The observation tower also took on a new shape. Compared to the standard z LT vz. 35 slightly increased performance in order to maintain good driving characteristics at increased weight.
The prototype was completed in early 1940. It underwent a factory test and was acquainted with the Yugoslav military commission. However, she postponed the purchase decision. Another potential customer who saw this type was Hungary. But even the Hungarians did not become interested in this tank. The project was thus completed and the prototype fell victim to factory "cannibalization" during the construction of other projects.

W-II-etc, later T-12, or T-14
The project and the prototype tank weighing up to 13 Mg (tons) with a cannon AND-9J, caliber 47 mm. On the chassis of the T-11 installed in the new tower, as adjusted for the cannon to a larger caliber. The prototype was equipped with a diesel engine. The increased weight was simulated ballast weight. After the end of the demo rides, the tower was dismantled and the tank is put into its original state.
