VŠV
Velitelsko staff vehicles VŠV-1p, VŠV-2p, VŠV-3p and VŠV-4p provide the following functions:
- command and control of troops in a variety of terms for the conduct of combat operations, while substantially shortening the time duration of the decision-making process
- automated support for the coordination of activities in the management of operations, monitoring and supervision of the conduct of the operation
- timely collection, processing and exchange of information, which are crucial for the work of the commanders, elaboration of reports, calculations, graphics and text documents needed to support the decision-making process of the commander and staff of the
- digital and analog connections with superiors, subordinates and součinnostními components, receiving, processing, automatic or semi-automatic transmission of messages and data information in the radio networks between the different institutions and the degree of command of the
For the first stage (year 2005) the acquisition of vehicles line VŠV has been allocated 144 998 973 Czk, in the second phase (years 2006 - 2008) have been bought resources for the sum of 163 999 850 Czk.
VŠV-1p
VŠV-1p is the workplace of the brigadier of the type designed for the preparation and management of the fight at the operational-tactical intelligence the degree of the individual mobile sites command from the instance of the brigade and higher; the priority task of the workplace is the security of the information and communication requirements of the commander and staff and the processing of basic documents for the decision of the commander.
VŠV-2p
VŠV-2p represents the control and information of the workplace intended for the preparation and management of the fight at various mobile locations command from the instance of the brigade and higher. It is part of the module planning and management of the fight. The workplace is used for processing the basic planning, management and information documents to support the decision-making process and to the actual management of combat operations; an interactive whiteboard with a data projector allows a graphical display of the combat situation, preparation, display and possible printing individual versions of decisions and other documents; workplace works at the same time as a backup of data files in the possible decommissioning of the operating unit.
VŠV-3p
VŠV-3p is the staff of the workplace of the brigadier of the type designed for the preparation and management of combat on the individual mobile sites command from the instance of the brigade and higher. Buildings and equipment of the vehicles allows the creation of up to 4 jobs according to the decision of the commander. VŠV-3p is designed for continuous 24-hour operation with nominal parameters even in adverse climate effects. In compliance with the operating conditions at individual workplaces to work a combat shift a maximum of 6 hours in one shift. The workplace is designed for performing normal staff work to support the decision-making process of the commander, for the collection of news and information, their processing and transmission of inside staff and outside; provides processing and distribution of basic combat documents of the superior, subordinate and součinnostním folders.
VŠV-4p
VŠV-4p is the establishment of the system of integrated administration and management. It is part of the module (the centre) communications and information support on mobile sites command vševojskové brigade (brigadier úkolového clusters). It is intended for the initialization, operational management and supervision of the establishments of the field of communication system and for the management and supervision of the information systems operated in the framework of the operational-tactical command and control system land forces.
The establishment VŠV are encapsulated in a standard container medium box bodywork type B (KSSK-(B) transported on the vehicle Tatra 815-26WR45 17 255 4x4.1/11T in a variant of the the carrier of the container of the middle box body (NKSSK)..
