Self-propelled mortar based on the armored transporter FV 432. In the space of the swarm is the mounted mortar L16 the caliber of 81 mm. The crew consists of six men. The total inventory carried ammunition for the mortar amounts to 160 units.

FV432 series of vehicles was manufactured for the british army in the years 1963 - 1971. One of the versions was a self-propelled mortar r 81 mm. Currently going through the modernization of the Mk.3 which consists in the installation of a diesel powerpack, IED jammers. These self-propelled mortars were allocated in pairs to each battalion ... ... stuck back corps. The launcher allows you to fire through a moving bed of 360 °. Currently the vehicles are armed with a mine-thrower r 81 mm type L16A2.
The vehicle is fully amphibious with preparation and by ensuring the drainage of the candles.
Armour of this vehicle provides protection against manual firearms.
