Do okrúhleho červeného stredu je zapasovaný štátny znak, vzadu je nápis podľa zásluh „Merito civil“ /Zásluhy civilné/, „Merito militar“ /Zásluhy vojenské/, „Merito religioso“ /Zásluhy náboženske/.
