Glover Webb


The armoured patrol vehicle was developed to meet the requirements of the Royal Ulster Constabulary in Northern Ireland. The first vehicles left the factory in 1986. The vehicle is built on a Land Rover chassis with an armoured hull to safely protect the crew from fire from conventional small arms and artillery shells. The commander sits behind the engine in the middle section, the swarm sits three abreast at the sides of the hull.

The vehicle may be equipped with gun ports in the rear of the hull and a machine gun mounted on the roof of the hull.
Hornet - is a longer wheelbase vehicle with a turret armed with a 7.62mm machine gun.
