A report was published by the american law company Cunningham Levy Muse gave to develop the Rwandan government. In the states that France armed the perpetrators of the genocide in Rwanda in 1994 and then following the offender obstructed justice. The French parliament has previously admitted a number of errors. Ida Sawyer of Human Rights Watch, however, the report, quite reasonably, that it is one-sided.
