Police thirty-year-old driver detained until the moment during the chase, he crashed and his car flipped over on its side. The name of the offender, the police yet does not disclose.

The Incident is being investigated as a terrorist act, local police have partnered counter-terrorism division of the Royal canadian mounted police and other canadian security agencies.
