15.09.2017 - Parlament Iráckého Kurdistánu schválil referendum o nezávislosti

Parliament semi-autonomous kurdish region Iraqi Kurdistan approved on Friday, 15. September's referendum on independence to be held 25. September. For 65 of the 73 deputies present. Iraqi Kurds plan vote for independence in their autonomous region and in several disputed regions.
The iraqi government with the referendum does not agree and has identified it as unconstitutional. Against the are also Turkey and Iran - fear of strengthening separatist tendencies of the Kurds on their territory.
The united states urged the Kurdistan regional government in northern Iraq to a referendum abolished, because it "diverts attention away from efforts to defeat the Islamic state and stabilize the liberated areas".
The emergence of the independent state of Kurds trying since the end of the first world war, when the Middle east is divided up by the colonial powers. The area inhabited by the Kurds is divided mainly between today's Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Syria.

Iran on Monday sent dozens of tanks and artillery to the border with the kurdish autonomous region in Iraq. Iranian troops are here to attend the joint iraqi-iranian exercise "Eqtedar" (force).
Kurdistánská regional government refused to hand over to the iraqi government control over border crossings in the area. The iraqi ministry of defence said it plans to take control of transitions "in coordination" with Iran and Turkey. For now, it is not clear whether the cast transitions the aim of the joint exercise.

no, ted zacne byt opravdu veselo ... dnes si na "osvobozena uzemi" v Syrii vyslaplo syrske letectvo, jak se zda, nechteji uplne prijmout predstavu Kurdu, ze si udelaji vlastni stat na jejich ropnych polich.


jinak bych opravil to konstatovani, ze se Kurdove snazi o samostatny stat po takovou dobu - Kurdove podle meho byli vcelku nevyrazna skupina, nez je do svych mocenskych siti nekdy v 70. letech 20. stoleti zatahl Sahuv a pozdeji Ajatollahuv Iran a v opacnem gardu Saddamovsky Irak (ackoliv Iranem podporovane Kurdy na svem uzemi potiral, v Iranu je naopak podporoval a sponzoroval, ve snaze posilit svuj vliv v regionu). Oba kurdske regiony se ve svych zemich staly ohniskem problemu a proxy nepratelskeho statu, a k jako takovym bylo pristupovano. Situace ne nepodobna soucasnosti, kdy byli vyuziti k bojum proti IS (a jiste ne bez nejakeho kvetnateho prislibu ze strany USA), a nyni se k nim USA otaci zady (ne poprve a ne naposledy). Pochybuji, ze by se Kurdove spokojili s casti Iraku, a stejne tak pochybuji, ze by Syrie nebo Turecko pristoupili na kurdskou samostatnost na svem uzemi.

V Sýrii už Kurdi začali operovať v oblastiach, kde sú doma Arabské kmene. Takže k sporom medzi Kurdmi a Arabmi v oblastiach medzi Eufratom a Irackou hranicou východne od Dajr az-Zaur bude dochádzať čoraz častejšie úmerne tomu, ako sa budú Kurdi tlačiť na juh, aby odrezali Asada od Iraku. A Sýrska armáda veľmi rada podporí každú milíciu, ktorá bude Kurdom na danom území odporovať.
