Aircraft of the US Navy Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet, reg NH-307/165865,v. no E041, was damaged after it had to have the pilot make an emergency landing at Bahrain international airport. The cause of the emergency landing was engine failure that caused the accident during the landing. The Pilot after the aircraft left the runway, he ejected. Originally had a pilot operating from aircraft carriers, the USS Nimitz (CVN-68) to make an emergency landing at a military air base Sheikh Isa, however, this was not due to technical problems of the airplane possible.
