Ground PTRK Šturm-S is installed on the vehicle 9P149 (modified armored personnel carrier MT- LB) with a firing diameter of 12 missiles 9M114. The set can be ready to fire again in 15 seconds. Firing rate is 3 to 4 rounds per min. The Šturm-S missile is equipped with the "Pollen" program, which ensures that the missile continues on the flight path until it reaches the target, even under limited conditions of visibility. The 9M114 missile is a 130 mm anti-tank missile with a range from 400m to 5000m with a cumulative or thermobaric warhead. The bullet pierces the armor up to 560mm. Bullet length 1630mm, bullet weight is 35kg. The diameter of the bullet body is 130mm. Improved variants: Šturm-2 (missile 9M114M1 with a range of 6km) and Šturm-3 (missile 9M114M2 with a range of 7km).
