Light artillery tractor designed for towing 25 mm anti-tank guns. It was a semi-axle vehicle with extremely low height. Orders at the end of 1939 amounted to 1,570 vehicles, but only 236 were delivered. The captured vehicles were also used by the German Wehrmacht, where it was designated Zugkraftwagen U 305(f).
One surviving machine is in the possession of a private individual in the Czech Republic.
