Draken International Inc came about the plane McDonnell Douglas TA-4H Skyhawk, reg. N140EM, v. no. 157914, the pilot successfully ejected at low altitude and with minor injuries was taken to hospital. The machine crashed due to an undisclosed problems in flight, north-northwest of air force base Nellis, near Sloan Lane and Las Vegas, south of I-15.
