The iraqi air force ( Al Quwwat al Jawwiya al Iraqiya (Iraqi Air Force)) came about aircraft Cessna AC-208B Combat Caravan, reg YI-119, v. no. 208B-1309, which crashed near the Kirkuk, while killing all 3 crew members. According to sources, the air force had a plane crash due to technical failure, however the aircraft as shot down, claim the members of the IS, should do so through a 57 mm anti-aircraft cannon. Taking indicate that, when it killed 5 people.
