The indonesian air force lost aircraft Embraer EMB-314 Super Tucano, reg. PT-ZFQ/TT-310, v. no 31400184, while killing both crew members and two people on the ground, as the plane hit the house in Malangu, East Java. The Pilot before the impact, although he could eject, but died of his injuries. The machine was on a test flight, as the reason of the accident reported a technical fault.
