The plan for the modernization and development of the army for the years 1940-1945 in the armored vehicles section is a study dealing with the design of a 53-ton heavy tank. The study was prepared by Prof. Anton Markovski from Lviv Technology. It was a design of an extremely heavily armored tank with a 120mm cannon and one machine gun. A brief description and sketch of the proposed tank is dated July 22, 1939.
