Moscow is waiting for clarification of the plans of NATO to the permanent deployment of additional NATO forces near the Russian border. "We expect from the NATO explanation of how these plans correspond to the obligations of the Alliance referred to in the Founding act on mutual relations, cooperation and security between NATO and the Russian federation of 1997," said the representative of ministeratva of defence of the Russian federation Alexander Lukaševič.
