The interim security agreement concluded U.S. secretary of state Kerry and afghan president Karzai after an intense two-day negotiations. Part of the american troops would be under her in Afghanistan should act even after 2014, when the White house planned to withdraw all its troops from the country.
The deal still must sanctify the afghan tribal leaders. The so-called Great council (Lója jirga), which is practically the supreme, the decisive bundestag in Afghanistan.

Taliban leader Muhammad Umar warned the afghan government before the conclusion of the agreement with the USA on the stay of american troops in the country after 2014. Umar also urged the Taliban to step up the fight against the afghan and allied forces. Ahead of the upcoming presidential election has also tried to discourage voters from participating.
