08.04.2013 - Havárie Hornetu v Perském zálivu

In the Persian gulf crashed the machine F/A-18F Super Hornet from a unit VFA-103 "Jolly Rogers" from the base Oceana in Virginia Beach operating currently from the deck USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69).

The machine crashed in the vicinity of the vessel due to engine failure. Both pilots had time to catapult and were subsequently landed and safely escorted back to the ship zachranáři-swimmers SAR from the machine SH-60F Seahawk of HS-5 "Night Dippers".
