After the meeting of the crisis staff declared the city Prešov at 10:30 a state of emergency in the city due to the persistent snowfall. The city has requested the help of the local helicopter base (Vrtuľníkové that flank was to hold Ján Ambruša) and 2. mechanized brigade.
Finally, it was used only the vehicle Tatra T-815 blade from Helicopter wings. Furthermore, they were used to snow the prisoners.
