Design plan of a self-propelled rocket launcher on the chassis of the German HKL6p (ex. Sd.Kfz.251) was presented in 2/1948. The rocket launcher consisted of 25 rocket tubes (5x5 rocket bundle), which fired 105mm wing-stabilized rockets (similar to the Soviet RS-132). The Skoda winged rocket project (documentation Mu 2175T dated October 4, 1947) was rejected by the army and was offered for export. Development concentrated on rotation-stabilised rockets.
