28.09.2011 - Rusko ratifikovalo rozmístění vojenských základen v Abcházii a Jižní Osetii

The upper house of the Russian parliament today ratified the agreement concluded last year with Abkhazia and South Ossetia on the deployment of Russian military bases on their territory. The agreement provides for the operation of the bases for 49 years with an option for a further 15 years. The agreement was ratified by the lower house of parliament, the Duma, on 22 September 2011.
