The Russian destroyer Admiral Chabanenko of the Northern Fleet arrives at the Norfolk Naval Base today. The Admiral Chabanenko, a Udaloj II-class destroyer, will participate with the salvage tug Shakhtar in the FRUKUS 2011 exercise, which will take place in the North Atlantic off the US East Coast from June 23-30. Traditionally, Britain, France, Russia and the USA will take part in the exercise.
