A spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that a group of British observers aboard a Swedish SAAB-340 aircraft will conduct a series of inspection flights over Russia. This will take place from 20-24 June as part of the Open Skies agreement. The aircraft, the equipment it will carry and the flight routes have been agreed by international and Russian experts. Russian experts will also take part in the flights and will oversee the accuracy of the observations.
